Cryotherapy (icing)

No matter what surgery you just had, I HIGHLY recommend icing. An ice machine is a convenient way to do this. An alternative is to use ice packs and exchange them frequently. Here’s a video on use of the Polar Wave, which is an ice machine I recommend.
